Wow, great presentation! Just looking at the sprites is fun.
I notice two little flaws that there’s probably time to fix:
- Audio levels are very low.
- There’s an annoying delay when clicking before the attack starts.
The bigger problem, tho I guess it’s by design, WS to move forward and back relative to the mouse is an unusual choice! Usually this kind of game, it’s WASD to move relative to the screen, regardless of the direction you’re facing. I kept wanting A and D to strafe, perpendicular to the facing direction. But not sure if that would make it too easy, or align with your design goals.
All in all, I love it!
