From what I heard it accesses Mal0. But she’s only available in future update, maybe 11.2?
Yup, I just checked, the phone is only usable in 11.2, it's used to call the Hyena centaur girl(I don't remember her name)

The phone exists in several versions, but only has an actual use in 11.2 onward. Mal0 though does not yet exist yet in any version of the game so far. Still trying to figure out how to implement her without breaking the game afaik.
