Because it is an 18+ discord to begin with, also the creators of the game doesn't want it potentially flooded with bots and spam accounts.  Heck, I'm a moderator for the discord and it is a volunteer position and even all of us mods don't want to deal with the potential spam either.

Correct, you have to be eaten by Amy first and ask about the shrink gun while inside of her.  She then gives you the location of Amanda's lab.

She is not yet in the game.  She will not be in the game for the next free version either.  Still working out on how to implement her without causing more bugs, also the creators are more focused on other areas at the moment.

Have you tried it through the dropbox app or through your phone's browser?  I tried both and through the app it wanted to simply put it into my personal account and had to do an extra step to save it to my phone instead.  I  had to press the download icon on the lower left of the screen and not the save button.

What exactly is failing?  Getting to the website?  The download itself?  What device are you using to get to said website?  If I recall, dropbox is not always phone friendly for some reason.

You do not start with the phone.  Go to the pool in the morning, get eaten by Amy, have her leave the pool, talk to her about the shrink gun while still inside her, she will tell you about Amanda's shop.  Struggle your way out of Amy, go to Amanda's shop, talk to Amanda, buy the phone from her.  The phone partially appears on the bottom right of the screen when you are allowed to use it.
