For now, there isn’t. If you’re sensitive to this kind of content, I’d recommend waiting for the 0.6 update, as these scenes will be slightly reworked.
Every single game where the developer has changed their vision in order to "serve" the Patreons has had their game suffer for it. Most of them only end up being trash worthy of being ignored by the customers or abandoned by the dev.
On top of that, look at just how many porn games are abandoned on this site alone. A sizable portion of them were abandoned because the dev couldn't keep up with the whiny bitches once they gave in.
(Just look at how well retconning 'Harry Potter' lore to please alphabet soup worked out for JK Rowling. There will be no end to the demands once you give in. AND you will lose the customers that WOULD like your content as you intended it.)
You should make the game that YOU want, and tell the little bitches to fuck the fuck off when they come here trying to custom order your porn game like they are at the counter of Taco Bell.

The dev has reworked the scene by beginning to kill their own game through pandering in exchange for...I don't know exactly.
It's free, so there is no money at stake.
There is no guarantee that the whiny bitch will ever download their "approved" changes.

His own life gets that much more complicated when he starts kissing the asses of whiny strangers.
There simply is not one good reason to change the content. Maybe the dev will be kind enough to point out what they DO get out of reworking scenes for people that can't be counted on to support him in the future.
It's stupid to do it on Patreon, but at least there is profit on the line. Some devs (Dr. Pinkcake) enjoy very profitable lives while drip feeding trash to idiots. To kowtow to some bitch on itch is an act of desperation, and nothing else.
