Hi im trying to start my game dev path with a visual novel and im searching for engine and assets (specificaly the one for Abe character) but im unable to find it, could you maybe help me telling me what engine and asset pack im searching for? thanks in advance!

Hi Luthio, thanks for reaching out. The engine you're looking for is Renpy which is to my knowledge the greatest VN engine out there (support the project at renpy.org).
For assets, it's worth looking through the credits in the About section of our game. We use a lot of different assets and it's too much to list. (Abe actually doesn't have his own sprite, haha). For sprites I'd say Sutemo on itch has good free sprite packs that are good for setting up a game. Paid I'd say Sasaichi is one of the best.

I'll be looking at the credits in some point since i started the first game some days ago :D, also i'll take a look at renpy, im actually writing the script of my game for my university career (VG DEV) and it came to me "why if i also make the game" so first callenge accepted for me :D.
