I heard that there are some unique changes the levels in hard mode. Maybe some new areas? Does anybody know what hard mode actually does?
I'd like to see the whole game but don't know if hard mode is excruciatingly difficult or something.
There are additional locations on the hard level and more racing levels.

No, there are not, there is something with the checkpoints, but I don't remember for sure:)
