I've said it before and I'll say it again Shady 1, I'd far rather you took the time to make something you both can be proud of than sticking to arbitrary deadlines. This is an indie game and a passion project, if you're not happy with what you made what's the point of making it in this context?

All that being said, as always I appreciate the transparency for things behind the electric veil, it's always nice to get insights into both of your creative processes. Hope Shady 2 is feeling better after her illness the previous week, but if she's still out of it say hey to her for me. Hope life's treating you both well and that you're in good spirits. Talk to you again next time or on Discord, whichever comes first, but I'll stop rambling for now, been a really long week sorting stuff for Goodwill.

Well, deadlines are good too. You need to set some deadlines for yourself if you want to progress at some kind of a steady pace :) And also, I don't think there's a single person in existence that's 100% content with their work all the time. But it is nice to be reminded that loving what you make is important too :)

Also, nice to hear that you are helping Goodwill. Are you actually volunteering there or did you just sort stuff that you wanted to donate?

Got a job there a short while ago after a long dry spell, been working in textiles for about two weeks now. Fairly boring work all things considered, but it pays more than zilch and lets me help redistribute stuff that would've otherwise been trashed to a new home. Also means I get to find some pretty interesting stuff in the donations, seen multiple rare and high ticket items already, and some pretty weird stuff besides.
