Would be fun if there was more variety within each NPC type. For example, both male and female variants. For female NPCs, the option to do either vaginal or anal, as well as the option to finish inside. For male NPCs, the option to either top or bottom.

Well it's not a porn simulator, I'd rather keep experimenting with gameplay ideas rather than losing my time into another sex visualiser UwU

I could add variants, but I mostly want to explore the game with different creatures so the players can play with more females and males, but also discover new worlds and stories!

Could also be cool as a random event how it performs.

Again that would be an exponential amount of work for me, and nothing more for the player than the exact same gameplay.

I guess at some point I could make a similarly looking creature for another biome, and use that as a mean to make the other sex. Like  I need a female bison for a new level, so I can reskin it into a female minotaur, and reskin the current minotaur into a male bison.

Until then I'll stick to the plan and pray I can reach that point! Doing so I could complete all the NPCs while still adding new stuff to the game.

Another thing making it complicated, I'm supposed to add an attack system during the sex animations! So the player can either block or take the damages. Which mean animating that for every current sex position (player block, player hurt, NPC prepare, NPC attack).

I'd love to add it in a very intuitive way for the player, so it looks like an interactive sex act where the player try to survive the monster. I guess not all monsters would be able to attack...

(player block, player hurt, NPC prepare, NPC attack). That is pretty cool! I really like the plan. Would play pretty well with a turnbase. But yea, animations are going to be the most time consuming bit. Lotsa different loops and positions.

Your base loops are pretty solid! You could simplify it down to `basic` and `intense/pre-climax` loops and speed up the animation player a little bit. Blocking out a more exaggerated pose for the loop with a follow through could considered to be an 'attack'. An example would be a deeper position of the loop or an exaggerated hip thrust. You could also use smacks on hip and/or kissing as an 'attack'. In which both can be used on each other depending on the position and playfulness.

I'm just here giving out ideas, so take it with a grain of salt lol. Anyway good luck with the project! I believe you're going to do great, so don't worry too much :D.
