the reason it works in 0.8.2 is cause it was made (or at least updated) for that version. and yes if you're using shimloader you're already using a mod

Votv 0.6/0.7/ 0.8 working with shimloader, but votv 9.0 not working with shimloader.
Maybe DR nose change stucture code in votv. Shimloader inject failed.
Game crash with code(fatal erorr)
And DR Nose, next update. Must fix that.
