So even though the gameplay was limited, I actually love this entry. It feels like an interactive screensaver or something. The city was beautiful, I loved how the buildings popped up, and the music fit perfectly. The red rain and the little devil horns/halos when it switched to night was a really nice touch too.
I'm not sure if you had any plans for gameplay (if any), but it already makes for a really good ambient experience. With the music it almost felt weirdly motivational - I kept thinking it'd be nice if little motivational messages popped in speech bubbles from the citizens :D
