I've been trying to get this work on my android, I've followed all the steps pretty much correctly, but the launcher keeps crashing while it's unpacking the files. I'd appreciate some help.

If the launcher has all the necessary permissions, try doing a fresh download and install of both the launcher and .rpa (in some cases this helps).
I'd also make sure the .rpa is inside the "game" folder too.
it works now when I re-downloaded both the rpa and the launcher. Thanks a ton brother.
