Having the Rainbow/Silver Wings you can go to Whirl Islands (without the Whirlpool currently) and Ecruteak for them. Ho-Oh you will have to battle with the Kimono Girls. Mewtwo catchable after the battle on Mt. Ember, Mew in Cerulean Cave (post game), Articuno final spot is Route 28 and still need to add Zapdos last two spots. No Celebi in this game.
Hi just a quick question how does Magneton evolve? Based on the wiki it's either a special area or a thunder stone. But thunder stone didn't works. Then I saw a lvl 57 magnezone a trainer had and I remembered the game description saying there is no underleveled evolved pokemon so I trained My Magneton to lvl 57 but he didn't evolve either.
And where do you find the "Upgrade" for porygon?
Also, where does bronzor spawn? The pokedex says inside Cherry grove city but there isn't any wild Pokémon there. 
If I knocked out mewtwo during the fight against him Am I doomed to never complete the pokedex?
Since every attack was not efficient just like against his clone armies I though this was a boss fight and that I would be able to capture a weakened version (who wouldn't be not efficient against him on every type) of him after the battle.
It didn't even cross my mind that I could capture him like that.
