I'm on Windows 11

And I especially want it because the new mod tool is confusing to me, now used to the older versions

Alright, here are the windows desktop releases for:

All of them can be unpacked using 7zip and should work right away.

Curious to know in what way the new mod tool feels overwhelming though. It works on the same principle as the old one, with less bugs if anything.
