Thanks for removing micro-transactions. There is still Russian text in half the menus that come up, but that can be ignorable with enough trial and error.
If you already played and want to start fresh with the new rules, just tap the cloud above the right character on the first (loading) screen. That will reset your progress and apply the new rules.
