The game allows to choose your gender at start, but it only affects the appearance. You can choose to be a mare and romance other mares, however for the sake of efficiency, current script is not different much compared to stallion playthrough. As I’ve been writing, I actually did not think of this before… in healthy relationships I wonder how much gender actually affects your romance outside of bed? I’m pretty sure each relationship is unique, but you do can choose for it to be a lesbian romance!
