It's entirely possible. You could link the hair color for base body fur and skin color for belly fur. Tails/ears could be implemented by adding CaNFox or Momoji's quirks problem is the custom face/heads and implementing tails/ears to the sex grapples. You could also try turning heroines into ratkin which would be easier.
