does anyone know if you can save the princess without collecting any item? ive tried to reach the end of the game without collecting a single item, but i cant get into the cave because i need a bomb, and i cant get out of the well after getting the bomb without the grapple. and if i try to get through with both items, i wont even go any further without the boomerang to push the button.
