Can we have intersex or futanari, male with vagina/cuntboy please... Also add the homophobic, transphobic, biphobic,... things in with related situations.

I haven't played the game in a while but I believe you can create a custom gender where you get to choose their genitalia, pronouns, and orientation.
For example: you can create a cuntboy boy choosing a flat chest, a vagina, and male pronouns if you choose that. I'm not exactly sure if it's still like this but I hope this helps.
Dude chill. There's an extensive roadmap with 13 sections that are yet to be fully implemented into the game. You've posted multiple comments with entire lists of what you personally want implemented. The chance of your lists being implemented before they get to the planned content is extremely low. Make your own game, or let the devs cook in peace.
I’ll say quick and state this to you, that’s not any of it planned by mods mentioned you are new I get it. You may have notice the game isn’t obviously for that but IF your that unsatisfied I think get on different ones thou I won’t be one to say them up. AND you aren’t acting a suggestion but exasperation you wanted that, many notice your seriously not to be agreed.
