do i have to complete the cleanup quest? the recommended level is 30 but i have only gotten the debt quest once to increase the level cap
Well, there you go, after completing "Clean Up" quest the other one will also auto-complete.Also, it's not "Recommended level" it's monster's level, and they have different kind of scaling.
