The code seems to function as intended. Is there something I'm missing here? There aren't any instructions, so maybe I'm just not playing the game correctly.
There wasn't any music or sound effects. There default sprites and backgrounds were used. The game feels kind of like it was made in a rush.
Next month, you could take your time. Flesh out what you want your game to be like and how you want it to function before you start coding. Think of a good win or lose condition. These kinds of things can make a game fun to play!
That said, I understand that submitting a game to a competition takes a lot of courage. Thank you so much for making your submission, and I truly hope to see more from you in up coming competitions.
