The game won't be released to steam, both Android and PC versions are exactly the same content-wise.
If by "demo" you mean the message you get after you choose not to rewind, it's obsolete, dev forgot to change it, since he's focuses on adding new events/story/interactions.
Btw, seeing "0.4.0.2" in the file name, doesn't it seem like the game is not yet completed? I thought it's quite obvious that you don't version 0.X something that a still being worked on
