hello, my name is Updog. im coming here to speak about my ban from the discord server and wondering how to appeal.

i was banned for being underage, despite being 16. my account is new, as my old one was lost when my old device broke. if anyone in the discord can inform a mod about my ban, please do so. i love the game and its community and want to be a part of the discord once again.

my user is Updogthethird. i apologize if im breaking any rules but my ban was rather unfair considering im 16 years of age. help me get back into the server, please.

I remember reading in the rules channel that the server was 17+ only, being the reason why i left it. Although i'm not entirely sure if people within the age of 17 and above can enter the server, or only those above 17 years old.

17+ is a little wack for a game like this, cause it doesnt have anything sexual or slurs or anything, 16 is a decent age for this kinda stuf

that's like saying dogs shouldn't be allowed in kids video games cause they're naked and that's inappropriate for kids

I was in the Discord server of orsoniks in both 2023 and 2024. I decided to make friends there in September 2024, but things didn't go well due to my personality at the time, and also because of a 20-year-old Turkish person who sabotaged all of my friendship progress.

Saying your game is for players 17+ only and having the game's Discord be age-gated are two entirely different things. A lot of people do not want minors in their Discords for a lot of perfectly good reasons. Moderating a server becomes way more of a responsibility when minors are involved and most people i know who have a server just don't want that put on them so they make a "no minors" rule even if posting NSFW content is also against the rules.
