Sounds like infinite scroll might be broken for you. Try disabling it in your account settings. As for your e-mail to support, response times vary. The rules of this category tell you what to do if it takes much longer.

thanks this fixed my problem couldn't find it at first till i found
i'll miss the use of infinity load/auto-load but at least i can resume using the pages normally
