The Story: A simple story of love and betrayal. If things had gone differently, would the end have been the same? Perhaps some things are inevitable.

The Game: I had a couple of bugs with the progress feature, where it took me to a passage I’d seen, but the links then led to blank screens. The restart also didn’t work, after pressing it and then continue, I ended up at the ending screen again. I had a peek at the code and it should win an extra prize for complexity :D

Thanks for the feedback! In hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have put the main part of the game into only two passages, using the visit count to display different parts of the present storyline (given how that seems to have broken the progress feature). Also, in hindsight, I probably should’ve implemented the continue button differently (as Harlowe’s restart button turns out to have a bug where it doesn’t actually restart the game from the beginning if the (save-game:) and (load-game:) macros were used).
