It does not, instead the game has a series of debug commands you can enter at any time. You can find a full list in the file at Games/DollManor/102 Secret Inputs.lua
Some useful examples:
"pref goth" make you TF into a goth doll instead of being random
"reveal all" shows the whole map
"unlock all" unlocks all doors
"wipe enemies" removes all enemies (they will still respawn though)
"give me warm" spawns some items to make it easy to navigate the frozen caves
"give me soft" spawns the twinblade and feather coat to make combat easier
