when i try to start up the pr.exe for windows it gave me a error and crashed itself
Try the -opengl one for windows. Not sure if it may solve your issue and it does not look as good, but if your issue is hardware related it should run.
i gave the -opengl one a try it loaded good until it blackened my screen and it closed itself
