You’re right: three delays, with issues surfacing right at the wire, damages trust. That’s on me T.T. Here’s what we’re changing now so this doesn’t repeat:

Feature freeze: no new content—only bug fixes, balance, and performance. (adding more ideas and content is really my weakness I keep adding things to the game that's the main reason for the delays. T.T

Earlier cut-off + RC builds: we lock a “release candidate” a few days before the target so problems don’t show up on the day.

External smoke test: a small closed test (different machines/controllers) before we go live.

Progress cadence: short updates every 48–72 hours until launch so you can see work landing.
We’re still aiming for Nov 15. We won’t promise “no more delays,” but only a critical blocker would move that date, and we’ll be transparent if anything changes.
As a thank-you (and apology) to pre-orders, we’re adding a bonus character at release. If this isn’t for you, we completely understand and will respect refund requests.
