Depending on the time you download, you may encounter an error that cancels the current download. Unfortunately, the Android server is dedicated and does not have the capacity to handle many downloads at the same time. I would suggest trying again at another time.
If the problem persists, we need to see if it is a limitation of the device. It is a large file (4 GB), so not all devices can install it or allow to do that. I don't know if that is the case... just thinking about the possibilities.
