I always love POVs, specially from ROs. Interludes are ok, so long as they are important to the story and not overly long since they lack interaction. But as a book reader, its not anything new. xD You can always offer the reader the option to skip a pov or interlude, which helps during multiple readings or for characters whose pov you're not interested in for that playthrough.
