Hey, is this a glitch or an update or something? When I press the question mark for tutorials and select "skill points and level up" it says, after I press the red question mark I should be able to level up and select a social point. I've only been able to level up but not increase any social points. (the option to assign a social point doesn't pop up, as shown in the tutorial image)
