Yeah loop and party bug still there for me on the latest patch do i have to start a new game?
Have you updated to 0.4.0.2?
You can try new game on a different save slot, that wouldn't hurt, but have you tried rewinding once and then wait for the party event to pop up?
started a new save and its working fine now thank you
