Hi I bought the Halloween Sale 2025 - Spooky Monster pack, but the files only contained the free versions, not the full! Can you help me fix this?
That is weird, as this is the first time something like this happen.
Have you tried downloading from the individual asset page? And click "I own the asset."
If it still doesn't work, email me on chierit.art@gmail.com and I'll send you the files.
