Yeah, it seems like several people got confused with the “Fairy Cave” mention when getting the Fairy Powder at Krieg’s place :P
About the bug you mentioned, could you tell me exactly when you couldn’t see her? (like, right after entering the innkeeper’s room or after a scene?) That’ll help me track it down!
And no, there’s no way to defeat the village girls, it’s more of a side-quest addition to the main game, leading to their own Game Over scenes!
