Love the Aesthetic of the game and the overall vibes! You were going for that PlayStation platformer type of game, and you pretty much hit the nail on the head. I do, however, have some suggestions regarding the movement since I've played a lot of platformers myself. I think that, as the movement system exists right now, it suffers from delays between input->movement and release movement button->no longer moving. I would lightly move right with my stick, and my little dude would decide that's a sign to go on a nice walk to visit his grandma. I honestly believe if you polish up the movement just a bit, you've got a nice little gem of a game right here! Still, though, for a game made in one week, this is extremely impressive. Great job and Great Game!

Extremely polished game as always, the visuals and the level art are stunning actually, it's one of the best looking submission i have seen so far. The game is pretty hard as the jumps are very floaty and some of the enemy hitboxes are not permissive, but it's a cool challenge.
