Does it happen only in space?

So far, yes. But i have yet to see anything happen in the real world other than power outage, and i assume power outage isn't an anomaly. (Correct me on this one)

It was my mistake that I didn't do detailed instructions. There are no anomalies in the real world (so far). Pay attention only to other worlds

Are you supposed to be able to peek while holding the radio? Because i am unable to do so.

You need to find the frequency with music on the radio from 1 to 5 times. One of these 5 times there will be an anomaly in the door. You don't need to hold the radio when you're peek in keyhole

Ah that makes sense now, i thought you were supposed to check each number from 1-5 and check the door anomalies.

Written instructions may be required here to avoid confusion.
