You're right - I should've specified more things.
So with the weapons, they do fire, but no visible bullet is shown, it checks if you are looking at the enemy, then deals damage once the weapon is fired, yet I haven't added any hit markers so you don't actually know if your bullet has made contact!
When you spawn in, you go to the left (beyond the mountains a bit), and you will see a building with huge pipes one each side, not at the powerplant, that is the building you are intended to bomb. It is the refinery!
