I purchased "The Better Deal" before, that was v0.7c. Is there no newer version yet, or do I need to purchase the latest version again?

Version 0.7 is the newest one, and right now I am working on updates. The last report was published yesterday and you can read it here.
You don’t need to pay again for all further updates, including the final version of the game.
