A very interesting demo :D A few things I noticed: putting the blank tape which you find right after stepping into the first tape-world into the GHL-player leads to a softlock, since the tape can't be taken out anymore. I also sadly encountered an App-Hang error when I was in the laboratory after solving the puzzles and the gate opened for the first time, it didn't happen the second time around. Also the second tape didn't play for me, at least it opened the door to the secons tape-world.
In the sewers there is a plane of flowing water that just ends midair, neither curving down, nor entering into a wall/tunnel, right next to the split slope upwards with one path being blocked by machinery clipping into floor and guardrails.
Also, this is just me nitpicking, but I'd replace the Ivy leaves in the leaves falling/blowing VFX with something more likely, e.g. maple, oak or poplar
Also pretty well done sound design! The louds steps on the lab floor startled me the first time around XD
