Hello, sand tileset is broken. Tileset Tileset_Sand.tsx dimensions do not match with atlas Tileset_Sand.png image size and when importing into tiled the sand tiles are misaligned, mismatched or missing.
It should be fixed now. This pack is going to receive a big update to bring it to the level of the other asset pack of this series, in the meanwhile let me know if you find any problem!
