Dev introduced some relationship mechanics into the game to make gaining relationship points harder, so in order for you experience those mechanics and to earn that relationship he intentionally reset everyone's rel level to 20
I see, thanks for telling me. I though it was a bug
well cant say this wont annoy me slightly but that means i dont have to restart to see the new things so i can live with this
