no penalty other than:
- Restriction to certain tier cards on the third level, forth level go wild
- More cards usually more turns = loss of turn multiplier
- Restriction of max 10 in the hard, with no discard you have to use what you have before pulling another.
Is it perfectly balanced? no lol. I found in testing you were at the mercy of pulling a usable card and if you had to retry it would be frustrating to lose to poor rng on an aleady punishing game.
