Hello,
Was this the mod that allows you to skip ahead in the game and start from the beginning of a certain chapter. if so, how can i do it? I already played through the main game on my pc, and want to have the game on another computer.

Can't you transfer your saves instead? In the game's "game" folder, you'll find a "saves" folder. You can copy it and place it into your other computer's "game" folder to keep playing with your saves.
The mod does have a secret feature, where you can start playing from any chapter, but I usually discourage using it, that's why I keep it mostly secret. Starting from any chapter feels like loading someone else's save; it's less personal than when you got there yourself. I usually recommend just playing Eternum again from the start, the game is entertaining enough, that you can play it many times!
But if you really want the secret sauce: You can click/tap on the N of eterNum on the title screen five times to bring up chapter selection.
