sorry this came out wrong, I was running out of time, and couldn't communicate my point well.
I actually tried your games several days ago, i tried it several times, first time I got frustrated on the very first level and quit, second time i was able to get to level two and on my 3rd attempt I got to level 4
(It was very smart move to adapt it for mobile otherwise I wouldn't have be able to give it so many tries)
So what i was saying is that you got to start smaller and simpler. smaller room. Give player a few easy wins, and than slowly let it get comfortable with the mechanic and the quirks
The angle was also very disorienting and adding to difficulty.
Your game reminded me of Stephen's Sausage Roll (you should really look at it, a lot of things to take from that game)
But I do not mean that all of this should've been implemented during game jam, making perfect difficulty curve during game jam is almost impossible, and you did great job, it's a great game. And I think you can make it into something even greater.
