This game is incredibly cute and aesthetically pleasing! The interactions with the objects in world are fun and easy to understand. I still couldn't find what needed the paint from the basement. I called with the wallet, stabbed the outlet and played the radio. Broke several mirrors as well. Lots of fun, in future versions would love a reaction or bonus points if the people were with range of breaking.
I did not understand how to "lose". I thought it was a timer, but it seems to be playing the radio and starting the fire were the only ways to end it. Some visual representation of the time remaining would be helpful. The man and teen upstairs flew away when I passed through them. The teen stayed around sometimes but there was a print string saying teen in the corner, so I'm assuming some collision tests were being done! I know how finicky Unreal's collision settings can be.
Very nice project overall!

Thanks for the feedback! I was originally trying to get the NPC’s to be interactive, such as possessing them or getting their reactions if they are in range via the thought bubbles, but this project turned solo. I shifted to what I could get done in time. I am overall satisfied, and will plan for updates after the jam is concluded.
