Awesome and thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the controls and were able to notice the different paths! Good job beating the Frosty Mountain!

Thank you! :)

Thank you! :)

Thank you for the kind words! :)

Pretty fun! Great concept, I scored 11,750. I felt very secure standing on my frozen ornament so I would give them a timer to be stood on or break after so many shots. The shooting system was beautiful.

I scored 1940 for my highest. Visuals are incredible, even the way you did your page. The style is very appealing. Game was super fun and could easily become addicting. great job!

Very unique concept and I enjoyed the graphics. I did download it for a better experience, I think if the refills gave more or if the ice cost less to use it would feel more forgiving.

Thank you, I really appreciate that :)

The added story was a great touch. I was laughing while playing cause the customers are vicious! Their dialogue killed me. Nice work

I don't know if I've ever played a snowball fighting game before, so that was cool! This would be a fun multiplayer game!

I was able to vanquish the flames after several tries. Nice work, and I love the choice of character! :)

Great game, I played and beat it twice. Nice challenge curve and very forgiving. Also, super cute.

I love the sound effects, especially the jump. Nice level of challenge and forgiving checkpoints.

This a very cute form of gambling, and I really like the smashing snowball sound effect!

I loved this! It was so much fun to play would love to see where it could go!

This made me anxious but was pretty fun!

I think this was very cute and relaxing to play. Great work!

This was a lot of fun to play! I loved the music and the graphics!

Thank you!

When will the voting period end?

Thank you so much!
You are absolutely right, it is quite the jump into the mechanic. I will definitely add more story and tutorial features in future implementations!

Thank you so much! I’m glad you were able to get through it and the upgrades made it more enjoyable!

Very cute game! Easy to play and understand.
It seemed that the crime was randomly selected and they were repetitive at times. I also had an experience where the bath was innocent first and then guilty every time after.
Pretty fun and a unique interpretation of the Theme. Great work!

Nice game! I love the music and the ghost; the idea is great! I saw the playthrough for the jam and know that he was able to pull up a list of names, and I did not see that control listed, nor did I figure it out, but I managed to beat it by digging up all the graves.
Very nice work this is a very cute and enjoyable game!

Very fun and scary! I enjoyed the voice acting and was nervous even knowing that thing was going to attack!
The only thing I would change is the set order of the tasks. It seemed I had to do the bedroom clue and light last or it wouldn't work.
Great game and fantastic work especially for solo no AI! Beautiful use of assets as well!

This game is really cute and pretty difficult. Love the music and sound effects! It definitely encourages a replay!

I understand the difficulty of getting side scrolling to work on Unreal engine, as I have recently done 3 side scrolling projects. 1 using the premade side scroller in 5.6- highly do NOT recommend- caused way more issues than time saved. They all proved difficult/ finicky with the camera, rotation and controls. I ended up just setting rotation of the character depending on what direction they have pressed. I'm not sure if your character or enemies are constrained to a plane, because some of the first enemies seemed to be further back and unable to kill. Another small performance booster would be to set life span of the Bullet BP on begin play. This would limit the calculation for their movement and the number of actors in the world. When stepping backwards at the beginning and being shot at the end, player control is taken, and the camera is switched.
The bullets work and map had a great start. Your image for the cover is also really cool! Great work especially for the time allotted! Did you use AI?

I played after the fog was fixed, I found the area that screams when you shine the light on it, but when I stepped on the safety cones I died. The menu did not show the mouse cursor when starting up so I had to manipulate it into letting me click by going to another app and coming back. The lantern wouldn't work after picking up the lighter first. I found myself trapped in a pit of columns falling off the ramp and had to restart as well.
I really like the music and the atmosphere; the character death was also pretty neat! I just felt like I was spending more time trying to get the game to work rather than playing it. It was nice to actually see the game though! Good work!

Pretty cool and scary idea for a game concept. I definitely got jump scared by that thing multiple times trying all the doors desperately.
I'm a little confused as to how to play this game. I was only able to open one door upstairs, and I couldn't do anything inside. But the creature looks cool the atmosphere outside was a nice touch, and the house is really cute. If I missed something let me know I'll try again.

The music on the menu was fun, and I love the aesthetic for the initial scene.
Unfortunately, I could not see or move a player after the short scene was over. The text also went by way too fast to read. I tried booting it up three times but no luck with controls. Let me know if I missed something!

Very cool game! I love the graphics and the functionality. The menus and the story as well as the secret code to the safe for the million-dollar trip was all great!
The upgrades were nice; it was a little hard to make it back to the beginning sometimes being so linear, and the flashlight upgrades being visible all at once threw me off but everything else was fantastic. If there were more exits scattered out that would have been nice as well.
-Idk if it was just my version or what but there were no sound effects for me.
Fantastic work overall, you guys made a very fun game!

You're welcome! Very good work and cool concept. I was solo as well with no AI, so I get it. There was a lot more I would like to do for mine as far as looks but i ran out of time. If you have extra time to play mine, I would really appreciate it!

Ok, I don't play horror games, but this is terrifying. Like gave me chills- made me want to quit before trying scary lol. So good job on that! I could find lots of gold but no tickets. She caught me basically as soon as I would leave the first room though. And she was always right at the door after the respawn. After getting me twice it loads the menu. I'm not sure if it was deliberately done that way or not. Also, the very first time she ran up to me, it didn't do the close up scream and respawn. The run is terrifying by the way. The whole thing is, my goodness, I'll probably have nightmares about being chased that thing. Great job! very cool and finished looking game. So I can rate properly, did you use AI?

This game has a very fun concept! it was definitely fun and replayable. I played several times trying different tactics, including just booking it to the back until it appears to disable player controls. It was the same spot twice so I'm assuming there is a Collison box there. The sound effects and visuals were lots of fun for sure!
Level up system worked really well, and I loved the bubbles for EXP. The level up options were a little disheartening, however. I don't think the contradiction to the increase is necessary and made leveling up feel almost pointless.
I tried to win but was overwhelmed every time. If the sections were divided somehow, I think that would help.
Great game, definitely fun to play!

This game is incredibly cute and aesthetically pleasing! The interactions with the objects in world are fun and easy to understand. I still couldn't find what needed the paint from the basement. I called with the wallet, stabbed the outlet and played the radio. Broke several mirrors as well. Lots of fun, in future versions would love a reaction or bonus points if the people were with range of breaking.
I did not understand how to "lose". I thought it was a timer, but it seems to be playing the radio and starting the fire were the only ways to end it. Some visual representation of the time remaining would be helpful.  The man and teen upstairs flew away when I passed through them. The teen stayed around sometimes but there was a print string saying teen in the corner, so I'm assuming some collision tests were being done! I know how finicky Unreal's collision settings can be.
Very nice project overall!

I'm sorry about your game jam experience! My first was horrible as well, the school moved all my class work for week 2 to week 1 and by the time I got done I just accepted defeat and realized I didn't have enough time to put out a product. I didn't even try! You did, and it's finished and fully functional! So, good job. I hope you are motivated to do well in another game jam and not feeling defeated. I wish you luck in your next venture!

This game is incredibly cute, and I love the option of characters by restarting! The speed boost was a great add the concept is easy to follow.
It seems the trash dispenses more as time goes on and the scatter of them and the random speed shells kind of let luck determine the outcome. I played 3 times and got 700 something each time, so there didn't really seem to be a learning curve or room for improvement. I would possibly reduce the percentage of the pollution based on picked up items rather than just increasing it. This should allow for more play time and additional score variation. If there was 1 power up that expanded the range of grabbing momentarily that could be on a recharge timer, it would give the player more control of their playthrough experience as well. As far as a goal goes, it seems it's just to get score so I would add a rank or comment to the score to encourage more playthroughs.
Very nice work- super fun, cute and awesome concept!

This game is really cool and makes you feel like a detective but also scared. The evidence was hard to find without the prompts something is here. I would try to guide the player to that location and make something visible with just the flashlight that would clue them into to look. Or use the blood that can be seen with the UV to guide them towards clues. The one door that is openable after 2 pieces of evidence had no prompt before you could open it like the last door did, and I didn't check it for a while after being able to open it due to this. Opening doors by finding evidence was a little strange. Maybe change it to we should check here next and we can leave after the evidence is collected or make the last piece of evidence a key to the basement door.
Really fun concept overall and I love how real everything looks! Great work!

Unfortunately, I could not play because of the visibility. I know it's a known issue, so I won't pick. The music was cool, and the menu/ pause buttons worked really well. I'm sorry the fog cause such an issue!

This game was so fun! I love when I go from testing mode to I have to beat this mode. I did not beat this unfortunately. I tried so hard. I got both red tentacles destroyed twice but the amount of chaos that unleashes after is crazy. I did not notice the cats' "lives" at first. Maybe move them close to the middle or make them do an effect upon losing one. I would add a buffer time between taking hits because I lost 2-3 HP when he would shoot or throw tentacles sometimes. Maybe earn a life with an item or score achievement? These are just tiny suggestions though, great game lot's of fun to play!
