professional coder here, i actually know how that happens
it usually means that the blank polo's hitboxes are too wide, meaning that if you place an icon too close to a different blank polo, rather than the one you're trying to place it on, that results in the code deciding that the other one should be placed because the icon is closer to the other one
simple, right?
