Apparently you can't go back to being a boy, so the character can't become a futunari? That would be interesting.
Sammy had a body swap ... no transformation ... there is no way to introduce futa-content in a lore-friendly way ...
But with more lezzo stuff comming ... maybe Sam_Tail will create a strap-on ?
