There isn't really any "who you're currently romancing." I think you're trying to treat this game as a dating sim when it isn't. You can have hearts with any number of characters simultaneously, and some are mandatory. I currently have 4 with Bernard and 1 with many characters (as well as having gotten Gunnar's), and I am certainly not more interested in Bernard; that's just how the game mechanics work. I mean, I was Gunnar's bitch, I'm Khalgor's slave, I'm obedient to Maul, and I'm in a CNC relationship with Barrel, all simultaneously. I'm definitely not "currently romancing" Bernard just because I have four times as many hearts with him as anyone else.
