Truly an unsettling atmosphere - it creates a suffocating, almost hard-to-breathe vibe.
My main critique is about accessibility. There’s quite a bit to learn right at the start, and the controls aren’t very intuitive. During my first playthrough, I actually got stuck in the very first room - I didn’t realize there was a door at the end of the corridor and spent a good 5–10 minutes searching for a secret passage with my flashlight. It wasn’t until I watched Fort Kenmei’s video that I figured it out.
That said, making such a complex game clear and intuitive within a game jam timeframe is no easy task, so it’s totally understandable.
Wishing you all the best with the game - it definitely deserves a bit more polish, and with that, a lot more attention!
