I would like to make a suggestion to further realism suggestions someones else made.  I would like to suggest that the brakes depending on the locomotive and country are more accurate.  For example.  The Amtrak F40, MP35, GG1, E8, GP9, and GS4 have a locomotive brake and train brake.  Two different levers completely.  Also, the dynamic brake has to go through a setup process before it can be be used.  I suggest implimenting the locomotive and train brakes using using separate keys, and the dynamic brake can be left alone on the A key but with the dynamic brake setup added.  Also, the bell is incorrect on the ACS 64.  It only plays for a few seconds after the horn is pressed.  It should continue ringing until the engineer turns it back off.
